Alexis Forteza is a Florida native, life coach, author, podcast host, and content creator with a heart deeply rooted in faith and transformation. Through every aspect of her work, Alexis is committed to guiding others on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and intentional growth—anchored by her unwavering belief in God’s purpose for each life.

Her coaching journey began in 2020, where she quickly rose to become the top-booked coach on Tony Gaskins Jr.'s MyMentor.life platform. Driven by a passion to help others turn their struggles into strength, Alexis published her debut book, Pain Into Purpose, sharing how God can use even our deepest wounds to shape us into who we're called to be.

In 2024, she launched The Embrace The Journey Podcast—a space for real, raw conversations about growth, healing, and becoming. Through inspiring interviews and personal reflections, Alexis helps listeners navigate life’s highs and lows with courage, compassion, and clarity. The mission is simple: to offer the conversations people need to grow into their best, most intentional selves.

In 2019, Alexis made a bold move from Florida to Dallas, TX, where she began doing the inner work—deepening her relationship with God, healing emotional wounds, and reshaping patterns that no longer served her. That decision marked the start of a journey that continues to fuel her passion today.
